Shipping Policy

At Pair Jewels, we process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Although we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary based on the distance from the shipping location to your delivery address.

Shipping Details:

  • We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout.
  • You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped. 
  • If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly.

Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase with Pair Jewels. But if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange your orders within 7 days of receiving your orders. 

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Any personalized or custom-made jewelry is nonrefundable unless defective.
  • You must record proof of damaged or defective item(s) received for inspection in case of returns/refunds/exchanges.
  • We will credit the refunds to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

How to Initiate a Return?

  • with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
  • Ship the item back, and once received we will process your refund/exchange as applicable. We have a 7-day Return Policy. Exchange products will be delivered within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery. We will arrange a Exchange or refund at no additional cost upon successful verification from our end.
